The Kickstarter project is now over and we reached the $6,000 goal to get this book printed! Thank you to all who gave money and their time posting, re-posting, and re-re-posting about this project trying to get me more backers. I’m in the middle of book design and layout now and will be getting the files off to the printer soon. It will probably be a September release.
